SAN ANTONIO Mr. Charles B. "Brad" Alford of Hunt passed away on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007, in the Methodist Hospital, San Antonio at the age of 46 years.

Mr. Brad Alford is survived by his wife Nadene Grosenbacher Alford of Hunt; mother Gay Merritt of Hunt; one sister, one brother and spouses, Randy and Stephanie Alford of Fredericksburg, and Lisa and Zach Robason of Corpus Christi; sister in law, Toni, Mrs. William "Billy" Alford of Mathis; one step sister and two step brothers, Andrew Merritt of Hunt, Celia Ann and Jesse Hooker of Ingram, Robert and Cheryl Merritt of Hunt; father in law Lester Grosenbacher of Comfort; nieces and nephews, Haley and Kyle Alford of Fredericksburg, Ty Robason of Corpus Christi, Catie and Allison Alford of Mathis; and God-daughter Crystal Wetz of Harper.

The body will lie in state in the Thousand Hill Cowboy Church, Kerrville from 9:30 till 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 14, with funeral services at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Ron Moore officiating.

Graveside services and interment will follow in the Comfort Cemetery....
