Donna passed away peacefully and quietly with her daughter, Tammy by her side.

Educated in the Haverhill school system, Donna was a champion shopper. She never met a retail store she didn't like! She love to listen to 50's music and she loved to dance. She grew up and lived in Haverhill/Bradford, MA for most of her life, but also lived in Florida for several years. Though she loved FL, her declining health forced her to move back home to MA.

Donna joins her sister, Patricia Merrick, her brothers, Edward Twombly and Steve Twombly as well as her parents, Milton & Frances Twombly who all went on before her and no doubt, helped her cross over into her new amazing existence. Along with her family and many friends who all passed already, I have no doubt that their party is loud and everyone is dancing!

Our family would like to thank the dedicated, loving staff at Mary Immaculate Nursing and Restorative Center, in Lawrence, MA for the amazing care they gave to Donna during the 4 years she was in their care. This incredible group of people became family and they loved Donna as if she was truly one of their own. The care they gave her was above and beyond and we're very grateful for all they did for her.
