He and Miss Meda Bridges were married there Feb. 19, 1892. They had lived in Decatur 28 years where Mr. Carr was employed by the Wabash as a carpenter at the round house. He was a member of St. Paul's Methodist Church and of Decatur Lodge No. 65, I. O. O. F. Surviving were his wife and one daughter, Mrs. L. R. Carlisle, Decatur; and two brothers, Ervin Carr, Watertown, S. D., and Roy Carr, Decatur.
