Day, Margie Drewry age 83 of Morning View Village in Maryville, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2002 at Fairpark Healthcare Center. She was a member of Kerns United Methodist Church. She made her home in Oak Ridge, TN where she was a retired underwriter for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company until she moved to Maryville last year. Prior to living in Oak Ridge, she resided in Harriman, TN from 1949 until 1964. She is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Donna & James Buckner of Black Mountain, NC and Rebecca & Gerald Ricketts of Maryville; grandchildren, Donna Burkett and Tom Burkett; great-grandson, Colby Burkett all of Maryville; sister, Ruth Jody Stephens of Clinton; niece & husband, Bettye & Robert Coker of Clinton; long time companion, William A. Kirk of Oak Ridge. Funeral service 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 1, 2002, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Rev. Mark Flynn of Kerns United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Grandview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the National Alzheimers Association, 919 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 1000, Chicago, IL 60611-9501. The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Saturday, Smith Mortuary, Maryville
