Graveside services for Sallie B. Bailey, 94, of Lewistown, MT, are scheduled for 2 pm Sunday in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Wells with the Rev. Sidney Akin officiating.
Mrs. Bailey was born Feb. 3, 1899 in Texas and died Thursday in Lewistown. She spent most of her life in the Wells area, teaching school in her early years. She married E. B. Bailey, a Wells banker in 1924. He preceded her in death in 1982. Since 1983, she had lived with her daughter, Shirley, who preceded her in death in 1991; and her son-in -law, Jack R. Stone, in Lewistown, MT, where she enjoyed the wildlife and walking the mountains. Mrs. Bailey was a homemaker and a member of the Falvey Memorial Methodist Church in Wells and the Wells Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors: grandson, Bryant L. Stone of Lewistown; granddaughter, Robin R. McCroskey of Lewistown; son-in-law, Jack R. Stone of Lewistown; great granddaughter, Raeanna Bailey McCroskey of Lewistown.
