Born in Grove Hill, Ala., she was the widow of the late Jesse F. Mauldin.
Survivors include three daughters, Katherine Mauldin of Virginia Beach, Shirley Hackney and her husband, Ron, of St. Joseph, Mich., and Judy Strovink and husband, Kurt, of Hampton; one brother, Earl Pettis of Brownwood, Texas; and one granddaughter, Elizabeth Hackney.
A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. today at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. Gary Ausbun.
