Shari Lane Holland

Shari Lane Holland, 63, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2005, at Lafayette Home Hospital in Lafayette. She was a resident of Mulberry and a former resident of Columbus.

She was born Sept. 6, 1941, in Madison. Her father was Vernon Hornback. Her mother is Dixie J. (Stine) Hornback Cox of Franklin. Other survivors include two daughters, Vicki Huffer of Mulberry and LeeAnne Holland of Chicago; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, John D. Holland.

She was employed by OCU Cummins Engine Co. for 31 years.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister and a prayer group member.

The Rev. Joseph McNally will conduct a service at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Myers Funeral Service, Reed & Jewell Chapel, 3729 25th St. in Columbus. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus.
