~*~*~*~*~*ALWAYS IN OUR HEARTS*~*~*~*~*~

Ruth was my paternal aunt, my father's only sister.
She was the wife of Arthur Galon, mother of Francis, and grandmother of Francis Jr., Lisa, and Michael.

Ruth was a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, but she loved to visit family in California and other parts of the country. A genealogy enthusiast, she was our family historian. She had traced the Kerstetter and Galloway names all the way back to the 1600's, and she thoroughly enjoyed doing the research, even in the days before computers! I think I must have inherited her interest in tracing our family roots.

Ruth had a career as a librarian at the Bucks County library for many years. After her retirement in the 1980's, she stayed active in volunteering in children's reading programs and various other library projects.

I have many wonderful memories of my beloved Aunt Ruth, and I miss her every day. Our family was truly blessed to have her kindness, wisdom and guidance.
