Ashley Sauls, 25, of Blackshear died Thursday Morning (Jan. 13, 2011) suddenly from injuries sustained from a car accident.
She was born in Ware Co. Worked as a secretary and a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Blackshear, Ga.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jake Sauls and grandparents Earl Willard and Eunice Westberry Sauls.
Survived by her two children: Krista Sauls and Jaida Jackson both of Blackshear; her parents Bobby and Terri Sauls, Blackshear, brother Dusty Sauls, Blackshear and grandparents, Max and Ruby Martin, Eddyville, Ky. and many other relatives.
The family will receive friends 6 until 8 p.m. Friday night at Smith Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home, with burial in Blackshear City Cemetery.

Woman Killed In Early Morning Accident
A Blackshear woman was killed early today when her car spun off the Brunswick Highway and overturned about half a mile east of the Georgia 177 (Laura Walker Park Road) turnoff, said Ware County Sheriff Randy Royal.
Ashley Nicole Sauls, 25, of Radcliffe Road, Blackshear, was pronounced dead at the scene of the 1:42 a.m. crash by Ware County Coroner Atha Lucas, said Royal.
Sauls was alone in the vehicle, Royal said. There was one witness, a motorist, who saw the accident take place.
"The witness said he passed her and saw the car start to spin," Royal said. "He turned around and came back toward her, calling 911 at that time."
Driving a 2009 Toyota Camry, Sauls was westbound on the South Georgia Parkway (Brunswick Highway) when the car went into a spin and ran off the road and into a ditch. Royal said the car plowed 158 feet through the ditch, then rolled over onto its roof and skidded into a pine tree, the impact being absorbed by the driver's side of the car.
Ware County Fire Department rescue workers, Capt. David Thrift, Lt. Charles Barnard, Firefighter Justin Ennis and Southeast District volunteers Corey Jerrard and Lonnie Dryden responded and used the Hurst "Jaws of Life" extrication tools to free the woman from the wreckage of the car.
She was pronounced dead by the coroner.
"It took quite a while to get her out," Royal said. "The car was very, very extensively damaged."
Deputy Jason McQuaig was the officer in charge of the accident scene. Firefighters returned to their stations at 3:41 a.m.
