Born in Orange, Texas on July 13, 1943, Judi was the daughter of Stewart and Essie Lucy (Duchamp) Mulhollan. She worked as a hairdresser in Bridge City and she also taught cosmetology.
She was preceded in death by brother, Stewart; sister, Mary Esther; and granddaughter, Misty.
Judi is survived by her husband, Gene Hidalgo; and her five children, Peggy, Lanston, Chuck, Ben and Mitch; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Pat.
Burial: Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange, Texas.
