Hiram Van Buskirk, Major 21st NJVI, later Chief of Police in Bayonne, NJ. Hiram is NO LONGER buried in Constable Hook Cemetary, but was relocated to Monrovia Cemetary in Staten Island, NY by his widow when his family property was purchased by Standard Oil.
