Widow of Ezra M. Allegar, Civil War veteran. She died at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. V. V. C. Quick, of Neshanic, NJ. She had been a widow for 23 years and had always lived in Hunterdon County, NJ until she went to live with her daughter.

She is also survived by another daughter, Mrs. Daniel Hall of Neshanic and five sons, Edward, Irving and Benjamin of Somerville, George of Dunellen, and Frank of Three Bridges and Frederick of Neshanic. She had 23 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and one step-son, John Allegar, of Croton.
