Samantha Rachel Ayala, 17, passed away December 12, 2010. She was born July 14, 1993 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frances Rachel Walker and Ercel Walker; paternal grandmother, Hortencia Lopez; uncle, Ike Walker; grandparents, Alwin F. Blair, Sr. and Iris L. Blair; great-grandmother, Annie Laurie Tucker. Samantha leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Libby Walker Blair and husband Alwin Fayne Blair, Jr.; siblings, Megan Walker, Tabitha Calhoun, Rachel Walker, Peter Walker, Jeffrey N. Blair, Joshua R. Blair, Justin T. Blair; aunts, Mary Goodrich, Theresa Walker, Linda Coy, Isela Rodriguez; uncles, David Walker, Bill Walker, Luis Ayala, Carlos Vasquez; special grandmothers, Carolyn Tucker Myers, Elaine Jones and several other loving family members and friends. Samantha was a cheerleader at Deer Park High School and loved hunting,riding horses, four wheeling, running, shoes and loved collecting whataburger numbers. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Grand View Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Highway, Pasadena. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 17, 2010 at Deer Park First Baptist Church, 438 East 8th Street, Deer Park. Interment will follow in Grand View Memorial Park.
