Funeral services for Misty Lee Sessions Gentles, age 33, of Ponta, are scheduled for 2:00 pm Monday, December 13, 2010 at Autry Funeral Home chapel, Jacksonville with Rev. Randall Birdsong officiating.
Burial will be held at Myrtle Springs Cemetery, Ponta.
Mrs. Gentles passed away Saturday, December 11, 2010 in Cherokee County, TX.
She was born September 7, 1977 in Henderson, TX.
Mrs. Gentles was a member of Ponta Baptist Church and manager at Cotton Patch in Henderson.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Tommy Green Cook and Atma Berniece Van Pelt Cook and Pearl Sessions and Mamie Sessions, uncle Elton Ray Sessions and aunt Virginia Sue Armstrong.
Survivors include parents Lee Roy and Sue Sessions of Ponta; daughters Julia Nichole Gentles and Jessica Lee Gentles both of Ponta; brothers Ben Terry and wife Tonja of Hutto and Pete Terry and wife Judy of Ponta; and sister Carentha Martin of Jacksonville.
Pallbearers will be nephews Ryan Terry, Shayne Terry, Sam Mason, Jonathan Beenie, Terrance Martin and Nick Vann.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Sunday, December 12, 2010 at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
