Melva M[aurine] Arnold, 79, of Kansas City, Mo., died Wednesday, April 5, 1995, at Trinity Lutheran Hospital. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, April 8, at the Carson Independence Chapel.
Mrs. Arnold was born April 10, 1915, in Goodman, Mo. She was a member of Watt Avenue United Methodist Church. She was a salesperson at Montgomery Wards for 17 years, retiring in 1979. Survivors include two sons, Paul Arnold, Concordia, Mo., and Phil Arnold, Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Sharon McMillan, Independence, Mo.; a brother, Jack Pogue, Capitan, New Mex.; two sisters, Delana Sheldon, Hatchita, New Mex., and Dona Gardner, Blythe, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
