Dallas- Sybil E. Cole Beard, of Mesquite, Texas, died January 22, 1994, at Baylor Hospital.
Born January 14, 1930, at Rowell, she was a daughter of Faye Covington Cole of Dallas, Texas and the late Alvin Lee Cole.
She was preceded in death by her husband Peggy Beard, Jr, and a brother, Earl Cole of Rowell.
Other survivors include a son, Leslie Beard of Richardson, Texas, two brothers, Raymond Cole of Somerville, Tennessee, and Embry Cole of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and three sisters; Mereline Morgan of Mesquite, Texas, Lorene Cole Vinson and Mattie Ester Cole Vinson both of Callas, Texas.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. today at Wildwood Baptist Church at Mesquite, Texas and 2 p. m. Friday at Center Missionary Baptist Church at Rowell Community, Cleveland County, Arkansas.
Burial will be in Rowell Cemetery, Cleveland County, Arkansas by Anderson-Clayton Brothers Funeral Home of Mesquite, Texas.
