James A. Burier, 87, died Saturday in Fort Wayne. Born in rural Allen County, he was a farmer for 50 years. He also worked at the Internation Harvest. He was president of the Wally Byam Club for 2 years. Surviving are his wife, Lucile, a daughter, Lisa(Chris) Underwood of Valparasio; 3 grandchildren. Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday at D.O. Mcombs&Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home. 4017 Maplecrest Road. Calling from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM today. Burial in Scipio Cemetery, Allen County.
