Mrs. Anna Best Eppley, of 431 West Main Street, Mechanicsburg, widow of John L. Eppley, former postmaster of Mechanicsburg, died Sunday morning in the Seidle Memorial Hospital after an illness of several years. A native of Cumberland County, she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Best.
She was an active member for many years of Trinity Lutheran Church, Mechanicsburg.
Surviving are a son, Joseph, at home, and a brother, Charles Best, of Berkeley, Calif.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock in the funeral home at 37 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg. Burial will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
