BOONE, CHARLES O., ROUTE 2, CHESANING, MICHIGAN
Passed away Friday at his home following a lengthy illness. Age 86 years. He was born March 20, 1876, in Ingham County and resided in Saginaw County for 79 years.

He married Ethel Fuller May 8, 1901, in Brant. She passed away Dec. 10, 1932. He was a member of Chesaning odd-fellow Lodge No. 103. Prior to his retirement he engaged in farming. Surviving are three sons and one daughter, Lavergne and Clarence Boone both of Brant; Garrison Boone, Chesaning, Mrs. Pearl Francis, Owosso; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday at Brant Methodist Church. Rev. Harold W. Diehl will officiate with burial in Brant Cemetery. Friends may call at the Morse Chapel, Chesaning, after 7 p.m. Saturday until 11 a.m. Monday and at the church from 12 noon Monday until time of service.

Charles was widowed, a retired farmer and died of "cerebral vascular accident" with antecedent causes "Arterioseclerosis senitilty"

Charles Oliver and Rutherford Hayes are twins.
