Selmer Dahl, 79, rural Bagley, died on Saturday, Aril 11, 1992, at the North Country Hospital in Bemidji.
Selmer was born April 15, 1912, at Loma, North Dakota. As a youngster he moved to Clearwater County settling in Popple Township. He married Hannah Samsal on September 18, 1942, at Bagley. In 1948 they moved to Moose Creek Township. Hannah died on October 15, 1987.
Selmer was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U. S. Army.
Survivors include a step daughter, Marilyn Hall of the state of Virginia; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife and a brother, Julius.
His funeral will be Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. at the Cease Funeral Home in Bagley with the Rev. Clarence Watkins officiating. Burial will be in the Bagley City Cemetery. Flag presentation will be by the Irvin Blix American Legion Post No.16 of Bagley. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
