Lottie was born on 20 Mar 1952 in Wickenburg, AZ and grew up at Congress, AZ ; she attended Congress school and was a 1969 graduate of Lyon County High School in Eddyville, KY. She also attended Murray State University for one year. She married Theodore Lopez of Aguila, AZ on 28 Dec 1971.

Lottie and Ted had been continuously involved in the ministry for the past 25 years initially starting a church named Jesus King of Glory in Phoenix and which currently is named the Dwelling Place. Her life has revolved about being a faithful servant in this work and her life and example has influenced an innumerable number of people including children that she has nurtured.

She was always a faithful, supportive partner in this ministry and will be greatly missed by all her family and those that were touched by her ministry. She was faithful in a few things and is now sharing in her master's happiness.
