Chuck Hann A 47 year resident of San Jose passed away surrounded by family and friends. Preceded in death by his ex-wife Patricia A. Hann. Survivors include his lifetime partner Billie Fleming, son Pete (Georgette), daughter Kristi (Christopher), his special grandchildren Christopher (Brandi), Cheyne, Tamara, Vincente, and his dearly loved great grandchildren Cayla and Jason, his beloved brother Howard (Carol) Lohr, and sister Nancy (Jack) O'Connell. A gathering of family and friends will take place at the home of his son in Santa Clara on Saturday, December 12, from 1:00 – 4:00. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chuck's honor to City Team Ministries or a charity of your choice. Chuck touched many lives and continues to do so, we will miss you terribly.
