Warren James Griffith, son of James and Shannon May, passed away Saturday, November 20th, 2010 at his home in Holdenville at the age of 9 years. Wake services will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 6:30 PM at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Many Springs Baptist Church in Holdenville with Rev. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be James May, George McIntosh, Christopher May, Paul Faxon, Billy Smith, Felix Rodrigues and Derrick Clem. He will be laid to rest at Many Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Warren James Griffith was born July 27, 2001 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to James & Shannon (Griffith) May. He was a 3rd grader at Holdenville Public Schools. Warren enjoyed playing with his sisters, loved Spiderman, liked to go places and was an OU Sooner fan. He brought joy to many people whom he touched throughout the years. Surviving are his parents, James and Shannon May of the home; two sisters, Abygale May and Laney Rana Griffith of the home; one brother, Christopher James May of Oklahoma City; his grandparents, Susan Faxon, George McIntosh, Byron Griffith and Dan and Saundra May; great-grandparents, Robert George Faxon and Mary Nell Speers; several aunts and uncles including Leslie Griffith, Stormy Clem and husband Derrick, Kelly Rodrigues, Amy Speers, Richard May, Danny Adams, Billy Smith, Paul Faxon, BJ Faxon; close family friends, Tonya Mangrum, Candace Green, Lori Adams and Sheila May and a host of other loving family and friends. The family would like to say a special thanks to all of Warren's loving and caring nurses, his teachers and to the family and friends for all your love, care and support of Warren.
