Gayle Anne Schegg, the daughter of George John and Anna Victoria (Sandell) Schegg, was born on July 11, 1929 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from Minneapolis North High School in 1947. Gayle then received her RN Degree in 1951 at the Swedish Hospital in Minneapolis. On June 17, 1952 Gayle was united in marriage with Lynthon Anderson in Fakenham, England and Sculthorpe Air Force Base in England. She worked as RN at the Swedish Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, Children's Hospital in St. Paul, MN, Schuitz Hospital in Waterloo and she worked at Kossuth Regional Health Center for 29 years. Gayle was a member of First Lutheran Church, KRHC Auxiliary and Friends of the Library. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gardening, flowers, making salsa and hot pepper jelly, helping Lynn with play by play sports for KLGA, being outside in the sun wearing her flip flops and tube tops and she loved her cats.
Left to cherish Gayle's memory is her husband of 58 years, Lyn. She was preceded in death by her parents.
