She was born in Tremonton, Utah on January 28, 1921, to Arthur and Hazel Pedersen. She married William "Bill" Roe Baker in the Salt Lake Temple on November 17, 1941.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bill, of 69 years; and two of her children, Sandra Baker Waggoner and Richard LaThair.
She was preceded in death by two children, Judi Baker Marchant and David William Baker; one brother and three sisters.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Teresa Marchant Beauregard (Alan), Jeffrey Marchant (Gillian), Michelle Marchant Walker (Larry), Rebecca Marchant Anderson (Kevin), Tiffany Marchant, Michael Waggonger Jr., Kyle Waggoner, Matthew Waggoner and Katie Waggoner Storbo (Shawn); 11 great-grandchildren: Austin and Nicole Beauregard, Brogan, Rachel, and Curtis Marchant, Makayla, Jacob and Cameron Walker, Colton Marchant, Brianna and Michael Anderson.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E. Crestwood Road. Friends may visit family on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist's Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
