Lawrence Andrist was born to Harold Andrist and Esther (Harrold) Andrist in Goodhue Co., Minnesota. He served in the Korean War. In March of 1954 he married Roberta Smith. The couple had 5 children; Belinda, Bernita, Brian, Brett and Daniel. Lawrence had a road construction contracting business in Dodge County, Minnesota. He is buried in the Evergreen Cemetery, Dodge County, Minnesota.
