Amy Renee Faulkner Dombroski,
age 31, wife of Daniel, of 296 Washington Street, Stanton, KY lost her life in an automobile accident on the Mountain Parkway in Clark County on Sunday morning, November 7, 2010. Born in Winchester, KY she was a daughter of Scoby and Dorothy Rogers Faulkner and she was a member of the Bible Methodist Mission. Amy was employed as a certified nurse's assistant at Hospice East and she was very active in Powell County Relay For Life. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Angie Gail Sparks wife of Mike Sparks and Barbara Alice Faulkner. Surviving relatives are her husband, Daniel Dombroski; her children: Hannah Grace Faulkner, Benjamin Daniel and Emily Nicole Dombroski; her parents, Scoby and Dorothy Rogers Faulkner; her sister, Bonnie (Jimmy) McIntosh and her brothers, Gregory Faulkner and Jerry (Lisa) Faulkner all of Stanton, KY; six nieces and nephews: Tiffany Halfacre, Jonathon Sparks, Chris, Josh, Aaron and Jerry Wayne Faulkner and by her many friends and other family members. Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday and her funeral service officiated by Bro. Leroy Collins and Bro. Anthony Molihan with her eulogy given by Teresa Kinser will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Hearne Funeral Home, Inc., 125 West College Avenue, Stanton, KY. Interment will follow in Resthaven Cemetery, Morris Creek Road, Stanton, KY. Active pallbearers are Kevin Bozee, Tom Prichard, Kerry Holloway, Marvin Junior Faulkner, Fred Vickers and Dan Dombroski, Sr. The staff of Hospice East will serve as her honorary pallbearers.
