Centre Line, Mich. - Thomas Gmerek, 93, of Center Line, Mich., died Tuesday, April 1, 2003, at this home.
Born Jan 2, 1910, in Marann, he was the son of the late Jacob and Josephine (Kasubick) Gmerek.
Surving are his wife, Roseanne Helen Metter, whom he wed July 24, 1937; the following children; Mrs. Charles (Arlene) Pedrotte, Thomas Jacob Gmerek, Ms. Janet Harrison, Duane John Gmerek and Gregory Bernard Gemerek: nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; an a sister, Mrs. Josephine Homa of Towson, Md.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, David Gmerek; two brothers, Frank and Leo; and three sisters, Catherine Taszerak, Helen Peteuil and Amelia Sklar.
Services and interment were held in Michigan on Friday.
