Donald C Weiss 65, of Homer, died Friday Oct 8 1992, at Bronson Medical Center, Kalamazoo, after a brief illness.
Mr Weiss was born Feb 22 1928 in Litchfield Township,. to Harry E and Theresa L (Chapman) Weiss
He was a life resident of the Homer area and a 1946 graduate of Homer High School.
He worked for the Michigan Milk Producers more than 20 years and Hawley Oil Company nearly 20 years.
He was member and treasure of the Homer Lions for 40 years, member of the Knife and Fork Coffee Group, Homer, Mosherville Softball Teams, Chain Gang of Homer varsity foot ball since 1946, secretary of Wednesday Golf League at Whiffletree for several years and member of First Presbyterian Church of Homer..
He enjoyed bowling.
He married the former Margaret "Peg" F Fleming, June 10 1950, in Homer. She survives.
Also surviving are daughters, Paula Pittelkow and Chris Beal, both of Homer, four grandchildren, a Brother Harry W Weiss of Homer, and a sister Patricia A Newell of Hastings.
