Christine Pikey Davis, 94, passed away October 28, 2010 at Applingwood Health Care Center. She was a longtime member of Bellevue Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse P. Davis, a brother, S.G. Pikey, and a sister, Beauton Phillips. Survivors include a son, Edward P. (Maurice) Davis of Oklahoma City, OK; a daughter, Mary J. Davis of Memphis; two grandchildren, Angelia Ward and Lara Davis; and two great-grandchildren, Caitlin Smith and Cooper Peloquin, all of Oklahoma City; a brother, Louis Pikey, of Malvern, AR; a sister, Pat Hendrix, of Little Rock, AR; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Memphis Memory Gardens on Raleigh LaGrange. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Activities Dept. at Applingwood Health Care Center in Cordova, TN.
