Funeral ServiceS for James William Robbins age 87 of Reeds Spring, MO. will be held at 11 AM, Friday, October 29, 2010 at Branson Church of Christ with Mr. Jerry Haefeker officiating. Burial will follow at Mammoth Cemetery in Mammoth, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Greenlawn Funeral Home of Branson.

He died at 11:10AM, Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at his home.

He was born on March 7, 1923 in Mammoth, MO the son of Walter Scott and Nora Ann Robbins. He was a retired business owner and a member of Branson Church of Christ where he had served as an elder. He had been a resident of the area for the past 48 years.

He is survived by his daughters: Linda Robbins of Reeds Spring, MO., Nancy Key of McRae, AR., one sister, Helen Louise Chittum of Gainesville, MO. and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his his parents, his wife,Barbara Ruth Robbins, his son, James Michael Robbins, two brothers, Sanford Robbins and Byron Robbins, and two sisters, Pamela Trump and Jean Baxter. Visitation will be from 10 am till time of service on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Branson Church of Christ.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Fair Haven Children's Home in Strafford, MO.
