GRAYSON, LA- Sandra Kay Alcorn age 58, of Grayson, LA passed away Monday, October 11,2010 in Shreveport Sandra was a devoted wife of 41 years, a loving mother of three daughters and three sons-in-law and an adored Nana of 12 grandchildren. God gave her the ability and gift to serve as a military wife, and to minister to the military here and abroad. Her legacy lives on through her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Frank Alcorn in memory of Sandra.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father Lavelle Sandifer. Survivors include her husband, Frank; 3 daughters, Angela Myers, Christine DeGarmo, and Melissa Hope; brothers and sisters, Beaux James, Lisa McIntyre,John Brian Sandifer, Tommy Sandifer, Mary Lee Hilburn, James Boggs, and Elliott Boggs; and 12 grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be the family.

Services will be held Friday October 15, 2010 at 11AM at the Living Waters Worship Center in Shreveport, LA. Burial will follow at 2PM at the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Keithville, LA. Family visitation will on Thursday October 14, 2010 from 6-9 PM at the Church.
