Sister of Local Residents Dies
Mrs. Eva Farris Amett, 60, Danville, died at 4 am. today in a Danville hospital. She had been ill four years. She was a sister of Olen, Troy C, J. A. and Clifford Farris, all of Mattoon.
Mrs. Arnett was born Feb. 2, l900 at Charleston, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Farris. She moved to Danville from Mattoon approximately six years ago.
Besides her brothers here, survivors include another brother, Wayne Farris, Charleston; and a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Pennington, LaGrange. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
