C. Murray Deener Funeral Is Today
Funeral services for C. Murray Deener, 59, a lifelong Washington resident, will be held at 2:30PM today at Georgetown Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Deener, who had been an employee of the Washington Gas Light Co. for 35 years died Thursday night at his home, 919 L Street Northeast. He was a member of Acacia Lodge No. 18, F.A.A.M. and an elder of the Georgetown Presbyterian Church to which he had belonged since childhood.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Flora Phelps Deener and two daughters, Elizabeth M. and Nancy Phelps Deener.
