Eric B. Lockwood, 77, of 102 First St., formerly of Peoria, died at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 1991, at his residence. Born Jan. 8, 1914, in Yorkshire, England, to Frank and Margaret Barker Lockwood, he married Rose Ellen on Feb. 2, 1937, in Peoria. She died on June 18, 1989, in Gorin, Mo. He also was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. He is survived by one son, Rick of Modesto, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. William (Joan) Traver of Sparland, Mrs. LeRoy (Connie Jean) Luncford of Peoria Heights, Kay Hall Wren of Modesto and Mrs. Ron (Ann) Brown of Pekin; three brothers, George of Bartonville and Frank and Art, both of Vero Beach, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Fred (Minnie) Gruss of Peoria Heights; 21 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
