TEMPE, Ariz. — Joanne M. Dwyer of Tempe, Ariz., passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2009.
Born June 18, 1939, in Erie, to Ross C. and Loretta M. Grappy, she was the first of two children. She lived in Erie, Meadville and Hershey, moving to Tempe in 1988.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Pennsylvania State Treasurer R. Budd Dwyer.
Surviving her are her children, Robert Dwyer of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Dyan Dwyer Seaburg of Gilbert, Ariz.; her grandchildren, Ross Dwyer of Scottsdale and Logan Seaburg of Gilbert; and her sister, Sandra Young of Harrisburg.
She requested no services.
