LT. COL. FRANK ORSON WALTER, 80, 1558 Breese St. NE, Palm Bay [Brevard County, FL], died Monday, June 8. He was a retired civil engineer. Born in Burlington, Vt., he moved to Central Florida in 1981. A member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, he was a former member of St. Johns Episcopal Church in Mt. Rainier, Md. Survivors: daughters, Doris W. Laber, Orono, Maine, Lynn W. Meier, Asheboro, N.C.; sister, M. Alice Walker, Burlington; three grandchildren. Brownlie-Maxwell Funeral Home, Melbourne.
