On June 12, 1936, Gordon was united in marriage to Mary Cochrane.
Gordon is survived by Mary, his loving wife of almost 70 years; son, Gregory and Phillis Lozo of Oklahoma; grandchildren, David and Amy Lozo, and Monya and Melvin Wortley; great-grandchildren, Trulana and Audra Wortley, and Kristin, Dallas, and Annalise Lozo; Great-great grandson, Hunter Chick; and special friend, Pat Fedewa.
Gordon was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Visistation will be held at the Koops Funeral Chapel, in Lake Odessa on Thursday, March 2, 2006 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Koops Funeral Chapel at 11 a.m., on Friday, March 3. Private family burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery.
The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Lakewood Community Ambulance.
