William Wallace Armstrong is the son of Archibald Thomas Armstrong and Martha Jane "Mattie" Firebaugh;

Grandson of Archibald Armstrong and Elizabeth "Betsey" McCutcheon Armstrong and of David Henry Firebaugh and Margaret W. Hull;

Brother of Minnie Armstrong (Mrs. Frank Russell Baxter) , Berta L. Armstrong, Frances "Fanny" Armstrong (Mrs. Harry Tedford) and Ruth L. Armstrong.

Favorite Uncle of Paul Baxter and of Margaret and Thomas Tedford.

William was a successful Farmer and Agricultural Rancher
in Tustin and Santa Ana, Orange County, California, employing many workers.

He married his wife Blanche in 1922 in Santa Ana; together they raised a son, William Wallace Armstrong, Jr., born in 1924, and a Daughter, Barbara L. Armstrong, born in 1927.


William and Blance passed away within two years of each other and are buried together, along with other Armstrong Family, at Fairhaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Santa Ana.

He is fondly remembered by all of the families and friends who knew him.
