Maudie Oliphant was born Aug. 24, 1912, in Harrison County, Mo. She moved to Foxhome, Minn. In 1933, she married John Bergquist.
She is survived by two sons, Norman Bergquist, Fort Worth, Texas, Blain (Nancy) Bergquist, Paris, Ohio; three daughters, Donna (Alfred) Hensch, Fergus Falls, Minn., Glenda Sue (Paul) Joseph, West Towakoni, Texas, Marlene (Orvis) Olson, Lake Park, Minn.; a brother, Blain (Marie), Foxhome; 14 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday from 5 to 7, with a prayer service at 7, and Thursday from noon to 1 in Church of Peace United Methodist Church, Fergus Falls.
Funeral: Thursday at 1 in the church.
Burial: Oak Grove Cemetery, Fergus Falls.
