Dan Allen Brigham-
- Saginaw, Michigan, Formerly of Denver, Colorado - Passed away suddenly Monday, December 14, 2009. Age 54 years. Dan was born March 12, 1955 the son of the late Louis and Clara (Miller) Brigham.
Dan spent his youth with the Boy Scouts of America earning the rank of Eagle. He attended Denver University and then worked as a system administrator. Dan was a longtime and ardent supporter of the United Schutzhund Clubs of America, which is a dog breed and sport organization. He and his wife, Nancy, dedicated most of their free time to promote, volunteer and compete in this club's events at local, regional and world levels.
He married Nancy Fuentes on July 12, 1986; she survives him. Surviving besides his wife are two sisters, Susan (Edwin) Hiraoka of Parker, CO and Patricia (Bruce) Hiraoka of Aurora, CO; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; his mother-in-law, Sophia Fuentes of Saginaw; four sisters-in-law, Dianne Fuentes, Laura Bush, Elaine Fuentes and Rene (Jeff) Wuckert, all of Saginaw; one brother-in-law, Louis (Lynette) Fuentes of Detroit. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Manuel Fuentes and his brother-in-law, Ronald Fuentes.
Dan will be sadly missed by his beloved canine companions, Gent, Freddie and Athos. A Memorial Service and Celebration will take place at 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2010, at 3641 County Rd. 106, Elizabeth, CO. (for Memorial map and details go to www.arelativebusiness.com )
