Father was William Proper (1820-1845). Mother was Susanna Ross (1818-1898). First husband was Henry Hampson Jennings, Married 3 Jul 1865. They had 7 children. Her second husband was John Lindsay. They were married in Oct.1882 in Chautauqua Co, NY. While some records indicate they had children, the reality was these were the children from the first marriage. When Rebecca remarried, the entire family seems to have taken on the Lindsay name. Her third and last husband was John Buckley(?-1905).They were married 3 Sept. 1903.
