Houston Chronicle, July 7, 2001:

Lillie Blaha Anderson, born December 13, 1914 at Faichild, Texas, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2001, at Heartland Healthcare in Houston, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Archie Lionel Anderson and Herman Tofte Anderson.

Mrs. Anderson is survived by sons, Archie Anderson and wife, Billie, of Houston, and Cedric Anderson and wife, Linda, of Canton, Ohio; grandchildren, Shari Bauer, Deborah Felgenhauer, Charles Anderson, Karen Hyder, Robert Anderson, and Susan Anderson; 6 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Paul Blaha, of Roanoke, Texas.

Mrs. Anderson is a long time member of Spring Branch Presbyterian Church where she was an elder.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, July 8, 2001, between the hours of 5:00-7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Monday, July 9, 2001, at 10:00 a.m. in Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery, I-10 at Antoine. In lieu of usual floral remembrances, donations may be made in Mrs. Anderson's name to Spring Branch Presbyterian Church, 1215 Campbell Road, Houston, Texas 77055.
