She spent her childhood near Palmer. On February 28, 1911 she and Fred Adams were united in marriage at St. Paul, Nebraska.
Mrs. Adams was baptized into the Christian faith June 22, 1919 and received into the membership of the Palmer Methodist Church August 18, 1919.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two infant brothers.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Fred Adams of Cushing; a son, John Berdette Adams; two daughters, Mrs. Violet Cook of Wolbach and Mrs. LaVonne Anderson of Cushing; one sister, Mrs. Millie Smydra of Boelus; two brothers, Wm. Starkey, St. Paul and Bruce Starkey of Palmer; nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many other relatives and a host of friends.
