He is survived by his wife, the former Ione Creasey; 9 sons, Lewis & Herb of Madison, Glen, Jack & Gene, all of Milwaukee, Henry of Colorado Springs, CO., Marvin of Tehran, Iran, Richard & Victor of Baraboo; 6 daughters, Helen Schroeder of Madison, Cornelia Lowe & Bonnie of Milwaukee, Medina of Baraboo, Barbara Pletzer of Mazomanie & Vera Gerl of West Salem; 38 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Edgar of Loganville, WI. & Vernon of Hillsboro.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hattie & Edward Christian & 2 brothers, Herman & Albert.
Funeral services were held at Brett Funeral Home, 2001 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, on Friday morning 8 Sept. at 9:45 a.m., at St. Rose Church at 10:15 a.m. Interment will be in Bear Valley, WI. at 3 p.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home with a vigil at 7:30 p.m.
