| This marker is located along the main center road of the cemetery, near the deeply shaded chapel area. Any shade at all in Nebraska is unusual and welcome, and Greenwood Cemetery has an old area filled with pine trees that provide cool, dark shade, with aging pine trees lining four lanes leading away from the circle road around the chapel. Henry and Lucy are buried along the north lane, facing west. The approx 4'9" high by 3' wide marker also lists their granddaughter, and next to it is a marker for their son, William J. Hodson, b. 1868 d. 1936. |
