This indenture witnesses, that Henderson H. Harrell and Matilda Harrell his wife of Shelby County in the State of Indiana convey and warrant to Judge W. Harrell, Henry D. Andrews, James Norvell, Anthony Hacker and William Hankins Trustees of the Brandywine Cemetery and their successors in office forever, of Shelby County, in the State of Indiana, to wit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the parcel of ground conveyed By Lewis Morgan to the Brandywine Baptist Church near Brandywine Town in said County for a graveyard. Thence in a southerly direction along the line of said graveyard (20) twenty rods, thence in a northeastern course nine (9) rods and two (2) feet to the place of beginning. Grantors also hereby convey all their right title, interest and claim in and to all that parcel of ground now used as a graveyard and called the Brandywine Cemetery.
In witness whereof, the said Henderson H. Harrell and Matilda Harrell his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 26th day of December A.D. 1874.
