Mary's DoB is calculated from her age at death (44 yrs, 8 Mos, 15 Dys) Evidence that Mary was born in Kentucky is found in the 1880 Census records for her children: Joseph Haslet, Nancy Haslet Quinn, and Sarah Haslet Tracy - records which give birth location for self, father, and mother as "OH IRE KY."

James and Mary were the parents of:

1) Samuel Haslet (1803–1859) married Esther B Weaver (1813–1866)

2) William Haslet, Sr (1806–1866) married Mary Stewart (1812-1849) and later married her sister Rachel Stewart (1832-1899) Moved to Carroll County, IN

3) Sarah Haslet (1809–1891) married Archibald Tracy (1807–1881)

4) Nancy Haslet (1815–1889) married James Quinn (1816 – 1894) Moved to Carroll County, IN

5) Joseph Haslet (1817–1897) married Anna Price (unk - abt 1848) and then married Mary Jane Scott. Moved to Carroll County, IN

McBride's 1836 map of Hanover, Butler, OH show that one of James Hazlett's (sic) two farms was on the Reily-Millville Pike, next to the Bethel Church parsonage where James and Mary are buried.
