Sally Louis Adams, a resident of The Dalles, died in her home on Dec. 10, 2005. She was born March 30, 1945, in Helena to Sherwood and Anna Warren. She married Gerald Adams in 1963 and was happily married for 42 years.
She enjoyed camping, fishing and making afghan blankets. She most enjoyed playing cards with her grandchildren and family and enjoyed their fifth wheel trailer with them. She, her husband and two children, Danny and Tammy, lived in Montana and Nevada before arriving in The Dalles, Ore., in 1977.
She is survived by her husband, Gerald; her daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Robbie McVane of The Dalles; her son and daughter-in-law Danny and Jennifer Adams of Portland; six wonderful grandkids, Michael Carder, Devin Carder, Melissa McVane, Stephanie Adams, Zachary Adams and Logan Adams; and two sisters and brother-in-laws, Rosie and Del Olsen of Townsend; and Patty and Russell Williams from Bozeman; and a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Cheryl Warren of Washington. She is also survived by her mother and father Anna and Sherwood Warren of Helena.
Funeral services, provided by Spencer, Libby and Powell, will be held at Gateway Presbyterian Church, The Dalles, on Dec. 14, at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at the church. Remembrances may be made to Celilo Center/Hospice of The Dalles.
