ENGLAND Judith 'Shannon' England, 47 died Saturday July 17, 2010 following a brief, but courageous battle with cancer. Shannon was born in New Orleans, but raised and educated in Mobile at St. Luke's Episcopal School, Davidson High School, earning a bachelors degree from Spring Hill College, then a second bachelors and her Master's degree from the University of South Alabama. Shannon was Owner / President of The Ergo Company based in Norcross, Ga, where she lived. She was preceded in death by her father John England, Jr, and is survived by her mother Gene R. England of Mobile. There will be a graveside service Saturday July 24th at Pinecrest Cemetery in Mobile, starting at 1pm, officiated by the Rev. Coleman Inge. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to your favored charity in Shannon's name.
